Welcome to Walking With Spirits Paranormal Studies (WWSPS). I am Rev. Robert E. Spiritwalker Murchison, R.Pp.(the initials stand for Registered Parapsychologist). I am the lead investigator and co-founder of WWSPS. This group is presently a family run study group, not a business but not a hobby either. Later I will talk about the family and how we came to form WWSPS.
The main mission of WWSPS is to assist people in need through investigating their home, business, or property. We will look at all data (paranormal and/or natural) we and any outside professionals collect to make our determination. Sometimes due to fires, floods, storms, human error, purposely deletions or no records ever made of the area. The last one mentioned is usually prior to dates that records are kept for the area.(I will go over these to make each of them more understandable.) We will provide to the person(s) any evidence we found and our suggestions (if any) as to what needs to be done. We don't automatically say a site is "haunted". We will check all avenues as to what is making this/these person(s) feel or see what they do. No matter what we find, what people feel is real though the causes may turn out to be normal and not paranormal. Sometimes we may get some proof of the paranormal, sometimes we may find nothing, and sometimes we may find alternate causes for these feelings or sightings. We will examine (with permission of those living at, the owners or their representative of the site) all sections of the location trying to either debunk or finding the closest items to actual proof of one or more forms of haunting.
We presently don't use all of the fancy equipment that some of the better funded organizations do, but the many tools will come in time when our finances permit. Saying that, I will state that we don't charge for our services. We would be doing a disservice if we did and we know that a good portion of people cannot afford to cover the costs that it takes for investigations. We do this free-of-charge so we can help more people. We cover the expenses ourselves because we have had our own experiences in the past and know how it feels.
As a warning we tell everyone to check into groups who charge for their services because there are some who are in it for the money and not to help. Some of them are scam artists though there are some who maybe legitimate. But most of your true investigator will not charge any fees. It isn't expected but some of these will accept donations. Some of those who charge for their services sometimes do so especially when the client(s) want proof of any hauntings at their site to bring in more people to their and make money themselves through the increased clientel. {I feel that there are those in the spirit realm that have do not or care not that they are no longer amongst the living. Spirits deserve a degree of respect. Especially since great percentage of them were once human and had relatives we should consider what is best for whom we deal with. Some of the spirits that were once human may have chose to remain where they are. Hopefully I made my point somewhat clear.}
WWSPS prefers that you give your money to organizations who help people through other means. WWSPS will not dishonor those whose beliefs require them to give a donation even if it isn't money. (I make this statement because it was the belief our some of our families' ancestors to do such and if you didn't accept they were sorely hurt. You dishonored them by saying no to a gift. So we honor others' beliefs by accepting gifts, not donations.)
Disclaimer: What information we give within these pages IS NOT meant a means of teaching anyone how to do paranormal studies. As is with any profession, there are dangers both physically and psychologically to all who search into the unknown. We DO NOT recommend that just anyone try any of what is mentioned within this site or at any of the sites linked to from this site or on any television program. It is best to leave these studies to those who have a full understanding of what could possibly happen. If anyone is truly interested in the paranormal, seek a local group to learn from or do your studies through reading books, watching television, or on the internet. PEACE and BLESSINGS to ALL>
***A personal note to share - Since this topic has become a money maker on television and with some movies there have been more shows popping up on television. Though I think some popularity is good to lend respect to the field of paranormal research too much can turn people against the honest investigators. Why do I think that? I have witnessed enough through the 50 years of this walk on our Earth Mother to see how too much of a good thing can hurt the whole. This not only applies to the paranormal field, but to many other fields including health. When something becomes popular there are those who will use it to make a dishonest dollar/pound sterling/euro/yin/etc and they will end up in the news whichs hurts the honest people. For example: natural disasters bring not only the true animals to the surface to seek safety but also those who will set up false donation sites on the web, through toll-free and non-toll-free phone lines, and those who are daring enough to go door-to-door soliciting mostly monetary donations. It is happening most recently with the earthquake in Haiti. This is why we say take a look into any paranormal investigative group. If they are a new group then they shouldn't mind providing prof who they are and make it in writing that there are no charges in which you will have to pay. Yes, there will those who will ask for some sort of covering exchange but get anything that both parties agree to in writing and all parties will have copies of the agreement. Now I may go too far here but as for me, I would have the agreement signed by the heads of all parties in front of a notary before the paranormal group's team members are allowed on the propety (with maybe the exception the representative who gathers the information from you and/or the head investigator who will most likely be signing the agreement. I in no way am saying that any group is dishonest but there are those who take advantage of people, so you may choose to meet at some neutral spot when first meeting or if they have a headquarters then that should do. Again it all depends on your comfort and keeping you and the rest of the home/business at ease. As for the final decision, it is your decision and your call.
COME BACK SOON... PEACE AND BLESSINGS TO ALL AND MAY CREATOR KEEP YOU AND YOUR FAMILY SAFE... WE WILL ADD MORE SOON.
******ATTENTION****** We now have have a social/informational site by the same name because it is an offshoot of this site. The WWSPS network has over one thousand total links, at least four polls, a number of forums, at least a dozen groups and much more with more added on a regular basis. Since this new site will have more information concerning all things which fall under the topic "Paranormal", we will be slowly removing pages here which will serve more people at the new site. Since links are open to both visitors and members alike at the new site, we will start by removing our links page here first and remove whatever isn't necessary here any more. We are not ending our offer to help people or our continuing education for ourselves and others on this topic. We are expanding our ability to educate through using the web better at our new addition. Come and take a look at the new site by either clicking the link below or the one above. Peace and Blessings, Spirit Hawk (Denise) and Spiritwalker (Robert) WWSPS co-founders. | Here are links to sites which are a family of networks which are hosted under The Witches Council to which our network is akin to. Though there topics may vary between each site, we creator/owners still are family. When you check these sites out and perhaps decide to join any of them there may be a question on some as to how you heard of their site. You can tell them you heard it through Spirit Hawk & Spiritwalker or through WWSPS. We have other family on other networks as well and will add them later. Just keep on returning here to see who we add next.
